Band’s Profile

the stories……



This band established when five(5) highly talented, young and energetic musicians met each other at one of the band member’s jamming/recording studio in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Before that, some of the band members got their own respective bands which played various kinds of music genre. After they met and showed each other’s skills, in January 2007, they finally agreed to form a band.

They named the band Breakfast since all the band members always had breakfast together every morning before they go to college and some of them are working. During the discussions into forming this band, the band had decided to produce album in the future. In order to pursue their dreams, they scheduled their band practice five days a week randomly and after 4 months, their first EP, “BAGAI PUTERI”, were released containing three(3) songs produced and composed by themselves:

1. Bagai Puteri
2. Dewi
3. Mampu

During the recording period and the whole year, they experienced themselves by competing in few Battle of the bands all over Klang Valley and performed in few gigs and shows throughout the country. Their repertoire ranges from retro music up to the latest top 40 hits that fits and accommodate any outlet requirements. Mainstream music, rock and alternative rock are their main genre of music.
